Tejaswi writes letter to Nitin Gadkari, decries less allocation of funds

Patna, May 27 (UNI) Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav today accused the BJP-led NDA government of not allocating adequate funds to the state for implementation of various projects.
In a letter to Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, Mr Yadav said that with a view to improve condition of NH in the state, national highway wing of state road construction department had submitted annual plan of Rs 9,205 crore for 2016-17 but the plan sanctioned by MoRTH was only Rs 1,203 crore only.
He also demanded enhancement of state`s annual plan from Rs 1,203 crore to at least Rs 9,200 crore for 2016-17 onwards over the next five years.
