Teach Indian traditions to youth: MP CM

Bhopal, Oct 13 (UNI) Underlining the fact that India’s greatest strength is unity in diversity, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath emphasised on Sunday that it is “our responsibility” to familiarise the new generation with the country’s culture, customs and civility.
On the occasion of Sharad Purnima, he addressed the Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti Samaroh in Chhindwara and provided an assurance vis-a-vis a public demand for renovating a gurdwara. Mahatma Gandhi visited Chhindwara in 1935 to meet Valmiki community members and commenced a campaign for uplift of the indigent and the backward from here, an official release said.
