TDP’s state bandh call has had no impact in East Godavari

Kakinada, Oct 20 (UNI) The state Bandh call given by the Telugu Desam party Chief Chandrababu Naidu in protest against the YSRCP workers' attacks on TDP offices and leaders houses in Vijayawada had virtually no impact in East Godavari district as all the shops remained opened and offices both government and private functioned normally.

The Police have made elaborate arrangements to ensure that no law and order problem crops up and the police top brass including SP Ravindranath Babu and the Additional SP Karanam Kumar themselves swung into action and moved round the streets in Kakinada since early morning supervising the law and order situation.
