Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 27 2016 8:58PM TDP has Rs.52 crore worth assetsThirupathi May 27 (UNI) The Telugu Desam party, at its three-day Mahanadu meetings, disclosed the party had net assets worth Rs.52 crore.Disclosing this at the plenary here today, Transport Minister and Treasure of the TDP S Raghava Rao said that the TDP had assets worth Rs.52 crore till the end of March, 2016. During the 2015-16 financial year, the earnings of the TDP through contributions and party membership fee was about Rs.15 crore out of which about Rs.13 crore was spent for various activities and the balance of amount with the party was Rs.2.87 crore. Mr.Rao said that the party mobilized Rs.11.13 crore thorough donations and sources, out of which Rs.8.8 crore had been spent.
