Chandigarh, Jan 28 (UNI) Tata Housing, one of the leading real estate development companies in the country, in collaboration with Impact Projects today announced the launch of 'Cliffside', the first nature friendly luxury residential project in finest hills near Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh. Describing the project, Tata Housing Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Brotin Banerjee said residences have been designed using biophilic architecture by world’s leading experts Llewelyn Davies Yeang and will have two and three bedrooms units starting from Rs 2.99 crore to Rs 15 crore. "Besides the permanent home, people want to have second home where they can spend few days or months from the their routine and busy metro life. The concept is rapidly increasing in the country. This is our third such project based in second home concept after the two have been taken up at Goa and Lonawala," Mr Banerjee said. "Irrespective market conditions, the demand for the luxury holiday homes in the hills is constantly on a rise. The ‘Cliffside’ reinforces company’s commitment to uplifting and fulfilling home buyers aspirations," he added. The total residential project is being developed in about 22 acres with an investment of over Rs 135 crore where company’s first phase of one to five bedrooms 102 luxury eco residences ‘Myst’ are underway and under the ‘Cliffside’, 44 two and three bedrooms units will be built, he said.
