Tarigami concerned over precarious power situation in Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 17 (UNI) CPI (M) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami expressing serious concern over the precarious power situation in Kashmir valley said on Saturday power woes are the same old story every winter.
Though the government claims there is improvement in governance, but the ground reality is that the power situation is same as it was during the previous years, Mr Targami said in a statement, here.
He said ," there is no improvement on ground" adding that it is the priority of the government to provide uninterrupted power supply to people in this harsh winter. The winter has just begun, and as the Darbar move begins , seat of the government, to Jammu, the people of the Valley would be left helpless with no power supply.
