Tamil Nadu CM presents Kalaimamani awards

Chennai, Feb 20 (UNI) Chief Minister Edappadi K.Palaniswami on Saturday presented the prestigious Kalaimamani awards to 134 artistes from movies, drama, dance, folk arts, serials and other arts for 2019 and 2020.

The prominent Kalaimamani awardees for the year 2019 include former minister and writer Vaigai Selvan, actor and former MP Ramarajan, film director Liyakath Ali Khan, music director Dheena, film producer ‘Kalaipuli’ S.Dhanu, comedy actor Yogi Babu, actress Devadarshini, lyricist Kamakodiyan, singer Jolly Abraham, cine editor Antony, Nagaswaram artiste Achalpuram S.Chinnathambi, the ‘Akkarai Sisters’ – S.Subhalakshmi and S.Sornalatha among others.
