Grand training camp organised by, All India Seishinkai Shito Ryu Karate Do
Federation was held on 19th to 22nd of May 2024, at Kalimpong, district.
New Delhi (India), June 13: Premjit Sen is the founder of Global Seishinkai Shito
Ryu Karate Do Federation which is a prominent style in the world of karate.
Students under his mentorship through this Federation have successfully made a
mark in many tournaments all over the world and hence Premjit is himself a brand
in the field of Karate and globally recognised.
Global Seishinkai Shito Ryu Karate Do also aims at empowering the woman for
which many self defence seminars have been conducted in the past, also in
association with many corporate and government entities.
Premjit Sen is a proven multitasker. From an able administrator to a promising
coach to a sharp referee he has done it all. He has been the Chairperson of the
Referee Commission of Karate India Organization for a long time now. He has
successfully taken over 500 technical referee seminars in last 10 years where over
10000 referees all over India has upgraded their knowledge in the field of karate
for better judgement of the players in the arena.
Over the decades he has taken karate to a different height, empowered millions of
women with the art of self defence, trained students here in West Bengal to
compete with the students at World level and bring medals. He is also a WKF
Grade A Referee, an achievement that only a few Indians could do till now,
important to mention that he is the only Bengali to have achieved this.
The basic focus of the training camp held in Digha was the betterment of the
women.
Women from different parts and ages, joined the camp. A lot of joy and excitement
after learning new techniques was shown on the faces of all the participants.
The senior trainers and instructors from the whole state attended the seminar and
updated themselves.
"It was not just a mere training camp, it was the discovery of hidden talents as
everyone discovered their range and got modified for better results. A lot of new
kumite techniques were taught this time that will help them get an edge in the
upcoming 8th International Karate Championship to be held in Netaji Indoor
Stadium from 26th to 28th July' 24. All the senior instructors attending the camp to
improve themself, I am 100% satisfied and believe this will help to improve the
performance of the whole state" - Said Mr. Sen.
