Baghdad, Mar 28 (UNI) The Iraqi Parliamentary Human Rights Committee has said that overcrowding is the most prominent challenge in Iraqi prisons, stressing that there are about 8,000 convicts sentenced to death whose sentences have not yet been implemented, the official al-Sabah newspaper reported Wednesday.
