Vijayawada, Nov 26 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer participated as Chief Guest at the 74th Constitution Day celebrations, and offered floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and the founding fathers of the Indian Constitution, at a programme held at Durbar Hall in Raj Bhavan, here on Sunday.
