Sirsa, Jul 20 (UNI) In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, the Sirsa Police''s Anti-Narcotics Cell arrested a motorcycle-borne youth and recovered 31.38 grams of heroin, estimated to be worth lakhs of rupees in the illegal market.
