Suzuki Motorcycle launches GIXXER 250

Mumbai, Aug 9 (UNI) Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd (SMIPL), a subsidiary of the two-wheeler manufacturer, Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan, launched the powerful GIXXER 250 on Friday.

The latest addition to the GIXXER portfolio, the motorcycle has a powerful 249cc, Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) four-stroke, single-cylinder fuel injection SOHC engine offering refined performance, along with easy to handle chassis developed exclusively for Indian market.

SOCS technology adopted by the motorcycle was originally designed for GSX-R has a proven power legacy.

The newly developed engine produces 26.5ps@9000 rpm and 22.6Nm@7500 rpm power. Six-speed gearbox delivers a hassle-free ride. Suzuki GIXXER 250 is equipped with Dual channel Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) offering better braking efficiency.
