Suspicious elements pelt stones at Sunjuwan Army unit in Jammu

Jammu, Feb 24 (UNI) Days after terrorists attacked Sunjuwan based Army unit here in which three terrorists were killed, six Army personnel attained martyrdom, a civilian was killed and 10 persons got injured, a group of unidentified miscreants pelted stones at the unit’s gate early on Friday morning, police sources said here on Saturday.
As per police sources, some suspicious elements, pelted stones at Army unit’s gate in Sunjuwan area on Friday morning following which the sentry raised an alarm pointed gun towards them.
“The incident took place in Jallalabad area of Sunjuwan but the miscreants could not be identified due to darkness as the incident took place in early morning,” they added.
