Suspense over Vijay Sarkar coronation ends, VCK offers unconditionl support as TVK gets magical 118 to form govt in TN

Chennai, May 9 (UNI) Ending nearly a week-long drama and intense political parleys over the nascent TVK forming the next Tamil Nadu government having emerged as the single largest party, the dalit outfit VCK of Thol Thirumavalavan, who is also a Lok Sabha member, offered his unconditional support to Vijay on Saturday evening ensuring that the actor-turned-neta gets the magical number of 118 to assume office in the 234-member Assembly, paving the way for the coronation of Vijay Sarkar.
The announcement was made by VCK after Mr Thol Thirumavalavan handed over the letter of support to TVK Election Campaign Management General Secretary Aadhav Arjuna.
With this the TVK now has the support of 118 MLAs and Vijay is all set to meet Governor R V Arlekar later in the day--the fourth meeting in four days--hand over the letter of support and stake his claim to from the government.
