Sushil Modi should explain why CBI was silent for 14 yrs after allegations were made: Shivanand

Patna, May 23 (UNI) Dubbing BJP Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi as a peculiar character in Bihar politics, Senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Shivanand Tiwari asked him to explain the reason why CBI was sleeping for 14 years after labelling of railway recruitment scam on former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family members.
Tiwari alleged here on Monday that Sushil Modi suddenly started telling that Shivanand Tiwari had made the allegation in 2008 against Lalu about the railway recruitment scam. He said the fact is that the CBI was sleeping for 14 years and suddenly woke up and started it's raid when the chief minister and opposition leader agreed for conducting caste based Census in Bihar.
He alleged it was all being done to stop the aste based census because RSS was die hard against it. He said the oppressed section would demand it's due share in the society once caste based census was conducted and added that BJP was against it.
