Surveyor caught while accepting bribe for showing official favour

Bengaluru, Nov 3 (UNI) Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths have successfully caught red hand a Surveyor while accepting bribe for showing official favour.
According to ACB release here on 'Saturday, a resident of Narayanapura Village, Devanahalli Taluk submitted application for 11(E) sketch of his land in Taluk office, Devanahalli. M Rangaswamy, Surveyor, Taluk office Devanahalli had demanded bribe amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to do the same.
Today ACB, Bengaluru Rural Disrtict officials laid a trap and arrested Rangaswamy while accepting bribe amount of Rs 30,000 from the complainant. The bribe amount has been seized and investigation continued.
