New Delhi, June 23 (UNI) Delhiites on Saturday woke up to a sultry morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 31 point 6 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
The minimum temperature rose by a notch from Friday's 30 degrees Celsius to settle at 31.6 degrees Celsius.
The weather office, however, has forecast possibility of light rain or drizzle during the day.
According to the Met Department, the maximum temperature will hover around 43 degrees Celsius.
Till 0830 hrs, the humidity was pegged at 47 per cent.
On Friday, the maximum temperature settled at 42.5 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal for the season.
