Ipoh (Malaysia), Apr 29 (UNI) India played a 2-2 draw against Great Britain in their opening encounter of the 26th Sultan Azlan Shah Cup Tournament 2017 here today.
After a delayed start, due to torrential rain, both teams played to their potential with Akashdeep Singh (19’) and Mandeep Singh (47’) scoring for India while Tom Carson (25’) and Alan Forsyth (52’) ensured Great Britain denied India a winning start.
