Sukhbir again trying to befool people of Punjab on Chandigarh issue: AAP

Chandigarh, Oct 21 (UNI) Reacting sharply to the statement of Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal, saying that SAD was committed to get Chandigarh as Punjab's capital, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today termed it as a 'hollow and misleading' statement, to befool the people of the state.
In a statement here, AAP State Convenor Gurpreet Singh Wariach said "Sukhbir must reveal what steps he and his party took during the last 10 years to get back Chandigarh ?"
''Did he take up this issue with former Prime Ministers Atal Behari Vajpayee and Dr Manmohan Singh? Did his party ever rake up the issue with Prime Minister Narendra Modi? Did any MP of SAD take up the issue in Parliament?, Waraich quipped while posing a series of questions towards Sukhbir Badal.
