Kalaburagi, Mar 27 (UNI) Socialist Unity Centre of India (Communist) has decided to contest for 119 Lok Sabha seats in the country, including 7 in Karnataka, SUCI (C) State Committee member H V Divakar said here on Wednesday.
Addressing a press conference here, Mr Divakar criticised Left parties, including CPI(M) and CPI for joining hands with the Congress in Odhissa and West Bengal. “BJP has continued the anti-people policies of previous Congress governments at the Centre and economic policies of both parties are not different from each other,” he alleged.
He said that in Karnataka the SUCI (C) has decided to contest in Mysore-Kodagu, Bangalore Rural, Davangere, Ballari , Dharwad, Raichur and Kalaburagi and field its candidates in 119 Lok Sabha seats in different States all over the country in 20 State , three Union Territories including Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
