Subroto Cup: Patna thrash Gujarat 18-1 in U17 Jr Boys

New Delhi, Sep 11 (UNI) Setting a tournament record, SGGHS High School, Patna thrashed The Rajkumar College, Gujarat 18-1 at the Day 5 of the Subroto Cup U17 Junior Boys International tournament, here on Wednesday.

Kundan Kumar and A Raj each netted five goals for Bihar and helped their team win.
In an another match, Govt Pukpui High School from Mizoram beat The Shri Ram School, New Delhi by 16-0 in which M Lalpektluanga netted five while Lalmuanpuia bagged a hat-trick.

In an another high-scoring encounter, Bampather Benagenabari Higher Secondary School, Assam also registered double digits, scoring fifteen against Muslim Centre College from Sri Lanka.
