Study underway for bullet train between Delhi and Varanasi: Manoj Sinha

Varanasi, Jun 27 (UNI) Minister of State for Railways Manoj Sinha today said that a study was underway for the feasibility of running of the ambitious bullet train between Delhi and Varanasi, the constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“The Centre will take decision to provide trains running with the speed 300 km per hour for travellers between Delhi and Varanasi in coming days” he added.
Inaugurating the waiting area for high class passengers at Manduadih railway station with some other facilities, he said the country will avail the facility of high speed trains before the launch of bullet trains in the country very soon. A new three-tier air-conditioned train ‘Antoday Express’ will be starting soon. This train will have all non-reserved seats.
