Students demand safe release of six women & children

Imphal, Nov 14 (UNI) Students in Manipur came out from their schools and shouted slogans wearing black badges against killing and kidnapping of women and children by Kuki militants in Manipur.
Kuki militants continued firing on farmers to stop the agricultural activities on Thursday.
Under the aegis of COCOMI Students' Front students came out from their schools and stood in the roads demanding action against the Kuki militants. They demanded release of three women and three children including an eight month old boy who were abducted by Kuki militants from Jiribam district earlier.
