Stormers head to Singapore without Bok trio

CAPE TOWN, March 20 (Reuters) – - Springbok locks Eben Etzebeth and Pieter-Steph du Toit have been left out of the Stormers squad for their weekend trip to Singapore where they will meet the Sunwolves in Super Rugby.
International prop Frans Malherbe and loose forward Nizaam Carr will also not travel as part of an agreement between the Boks and Stormers to better manage the playing time of national team players so that they are in optimal condition for the Rugby Championship later this year.
Scotland international Huw Jones is injured but the Stormers do have skipper Siya Kolisi back after resting him last weekend.
The Cape Town franchise take a 100 percent record after three matches to the encounter at the National Stadium.
