Addressing the gathering on the opening day of the three-day Joint Disaster Management Exercise named Prakampana (a Cyclone in Sanskrit) organised by the Eastern naval command here at Samudrika Auditorium here, the minister said the state government had focused on state Disaster Response Force and provided latest equipment and 700 trained personnel to participate in rescue and relief operations during the natural calamities.He said from 1991 as many as 77 cyclone have crossed the Andhra Pradesh coast.
