Srinagar Police arrests 11 gamblers, seized stake money

Srinagar, Feb 26 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested eleven gamblers and recovered over Rs 55,000 in Dal Lake area of the city, a police spokesman said on Wednesday evening.
He said a police party from Police Post Nehru Park raided a gambling site following an input about gambling activities in Tang Bagh Nehru Park area of District Srinagar.
He said eleven persons have been arrested by police for gambling offences. They have been shifted to Police Station where they remain in custody.
