Special Olympics India receives one million dollars to initiate 'Mission Inclusion'

New Delhi, Aug 21 (UNI) Special Olympics India in partnership with Lions Clubs International, working to create an expanded inclusive development platform across India to benefit children and adults with intellectual disabilities, their families and their communities in life, got a grant of Rs 6.45 crore here today.
In the presence of 150 special athletes, coaches and other dignitaries in a program there was an agreement held between Special Olympics India and Lions Club International. Under the agreement, Aruna Abhay Oswal Trust will work for the development of children, elderly and mentally challenged people across the country.
