Speaker asks Naidu to apologise for using unparliamentary word

Aaravati, Dec 13 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker T Sitaram asked Leader of the Opposition and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to express 'repentance' for using unparliamentary words to abuse martials when they prevented the TDP MLAs at the entrance gate.
The video footage of the incidents, which took place yesterday in the Assembly premises when the martials closed the gate to prevent the TDP MLAs and MLCs entering into Assembly premises in a procession, were exhibited in the House when it met on Friday.
Speaking in the House, Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said Leader of the Opposition Chandrababu Naidu used the word ''bastard'' to abuse one of the Martials of Assembly. Using such word would demoralise the martials. Mr Naidu was seen uttering the word clearly in the footage, the Chief Minister said.
