Bloemfontein, May 20 (UNI) South Africa won a rain-affected Twenty20 International at the Mangaung Oval by 23 runs to clinch the series 3-0 and make it eight wins from eight games overall against Bangladesh.
All-rounder Sune Luus promised the hosts would not take their foot off the gas after securing the series on Saturday and the Proteas delivered after a rain delay, restricting Bangladesh to 41/6 in reply to their 64/4.
After the ground staff mopped up the outfield in Bloemfontein the match was reduced to nine overs. The first three overs acted as a Powerplay, with four bowlers allowed to bowl two overs each.
