South Africa announces new digital system for visa to enhance tourism link with India

Mumbai, Dec 5 (UNI) South Africa’s Minister of Tourism, Patricia de Lille, announced on Thursday sweeping reforms to its travel infrastructure -- introducing a new digital Entry Travel Agreement (ETA) system and simplified visa procedures to enhance tourism links between the two nations.
The new ETA system will replace the existing e-visa programme, leveraging technology to create a more efficient entry process.
Addressing the media here, Minister de Lille said that the SA ministry has also streamlined visa
