Sonia to unveil statue of Rajiv Gandhi in HP Engineering College

Dharamsala, Apr 8 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate the building of the Rajiv Gandhi Government Engineering College at Nagrota Bagwan this month and will unveil the statue of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in the college premises.
Stating this, while addressing a press conference here today, Himachal Pradesh Transport, Technical Education and Food and Civil Supplies Minister G S Bali said that he called on Ms Gandhi recently and she gave her consent for the program.
He said, besides, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, party-in-charge Ambika Soni, Rajya Sabha member Anand Sharma and other party leaders will also be present on the occasion.
