The letter, dated October 10, 2025, is a testament to the party's commitment to social justice and support for the families of dedicated public servants.
Sonia Gandhi's letter conveys deep sorrow and solidarity with the bereaved family. She writes, "Shri V Puran Kumar's dedication reminds us that even today, the rulers' oppression from time immemorial has deprived even the highest officials of social justice.
