Some 770 refugees returned to Syria within 24 hours: Russian Defense Ministry

Moscow, Dec 12 (UNI) About 770 refugees returned to Syria from foreign states within last 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry's Center for the Reception, Allocation and Accommodation of Refugees said on Wednesday.
"Over the past 24 hours, a total of 768 refugees returned to the Syrian Arab Republic from the territory of foreign states: 183 people left Lebanon for Syria via the Jaydet-Yabus and Talkalakh checkpoints (55 women and 93 children); 585 people (176 women and 298 children) returned from Jordan via the Nassib checkpoint," Sputnik news said in a report.
Along with the refuges, 292 internally displaced persons in Syria returned home within last 24 hours.
