Social youth worker Bharat Patil selected for 'Vasundhara Sanman' award

Kolhapur, Sep 20 (UNI) Social youth worker of Kodoli village of this district has been selected for 'Vasundhara Sanman' on behalf of the 7th Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival to be held here from September 22 to 25 at Rajarshee Shahu Smarak Bhavan, jointly organised by Kirloskar Industry group and Kalamaharshree Baburao Painter film society (KBPFS).
Talking to newsmen, Chandrakant Joshi KBPFS president said today that Mr Patil has been selected for his contribution in cleanliness campaign in rural areas. While Prof S D Padmnaver and Vijay Tipugade and White Army of Jivanmukti service institution has been selected for 'Vasundhara Mitra'aard
A total of 70 short films from 15 countries on the theme of 'pollution awareness' will be screened in this film festival, which will be jointly organised by Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and KBPFS in association with Kagal Five-Star MIDC.
