Smriti Irani lambasts Congress for "anti-national policies"

Hoshiarpur (Punjab), May 29 (UNI) Union Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani on Wednesday rapped Congress for what she described as its "sympathy for Pakistan" and pursuit of "anti-national policies".
Addressing an election rally at a private resort in Dagham village of Punjab's Hoshiarpur district in support of the BJP candidate from Shri Anandpur Sahib Lok Sabha constituency, Dr. Subhash Sharma, Irani condemned the Congress and its leaders for what she described as their "sympathy for Pakistan".
Supporting her claims, Irani said, “A Congress leader claims that Pakistani terrorists were not responsible for killing our brave policemen. Their Chief Minister asks for proof of surgical strikes even after five years. Another senior leader says that India should be cautious as Pakistan has nuclear bombs. Can anyone accept these statements made by Congress leaders during the election campaign?”
