SKorea reports 4,072 Covid cases

Seoul, Jan 18 (UNI/Xinhua) South Korea has reported 4,072 more Covid-19 cases, raising the total number of infections to 700,102, as per the country's health department.
Of the new cases recorded till Monday midnight, 684 were from Seoul, while 1,470 in Gyeonggi province and 177 in Incheon.
Forty-five fresh deaths were confirmed, leaving the death toll at 6,378. The fatality rate stood at 0.91 per cent.

Washington, May 24 (UNI/Sputnik) Kellyanne Conway, who served as counselor to former US President Donald Trump, has acknowledged that he lost the 2020 election and blames his campaign staff and “election deniers” for claiming otherwise, Politico reported on Tuesday citing Conway’s new book “Here’s the Deal.”
Conway, who continues to be inside Trump’s inner circle since he became the 45th president in 2016, wrote a 506-page memoir that provides a behind-the-scenes look as the Trump administration during the most complex moments of his tenure, the report said.
