A police patrol party during routine check up on the highway at Jamalpur arrested the six youths, all residents of Kolkata's Tiljala area, the official at Bhawani Bhawan, the headquarters of West Bengal police, said. Six men were travelling to Durgapur from Kolkata in a car, having a commercial number plate and a red metallic plate where it was written- Government of India, Ministry of Defence, O F B.
