Bengaluru, Sep 25 (UNI) The Special Investigation Team, which has made little headway into the journalist-activist Gauri Lankesh murder case, has detained two youth who had moved suspiciously in the area before she was murdered on September 5 night. SIT officials said after scouting various CCTV camera recording they had found the two youth moving suspiciously in around R R Nagar area near the house of Gauri on the day of murder and they were being questioned. The investigation team had either questioned or taken information from more than 1000 people in the case so far but yet to come out with clinching evidence on those responsible for the killing of the former editor of 'Gauri Lankesh Patrike' weekly. It was alleged that either right wing activists or left wing organisations connected with Naxal movement was behind the killing. Ms Lankesh was known for her hard hitting articles against RSS and the BJP, while at the same time she was active in bringing Naxalites in Karnataka to main stream by arranging their surrender.
