New Delhi, Feb 16 (UNI) Manish Sisodia, who took oath as a minister in the Arvind Kejriwal cabinet for the second time, is known for initiating reforms in the education sector in Delhi, especially school education.
The Aam Aadmi Party, in fact, successfully encashed the development in the assembly election. Under his stewardship as Education Minister, infrastructure and quality of education in schools saw significant changes.
He increased the education budget by allotting 25 per cent of Delhi's Budget to education. To facilitate the interaction between parents and teacher, he started monthly parents meeting. He also introduced "Happiness Curriculum" in government schools.
