State JD (U) Chief Spokesperson Sanjay Singh and party MLC Neeraj Kumar told newspersons here that senior party leader and treasurer of Bihar unit of BJP Dileep Kumar Jaiswal bought land plots in Bhagalpur and Banka districts by using two different PAN cards with numbers –ACDPJ -7778 F and AAA BBO 157 E respectively.
