Sidhu announces to embark on a campaign for perpetuating glorious culture

Amritsar, Sept 24 (UNI) Underscoring the need for perpetuating the rich cultural heritage of the state, the Local Government and Tourism Minister, Punjab Navjot Singh Sidhu on Sunday announced to embark on a campaign for disseminating the message of saving our glorious legacy in every village of the state.

Addressing the gathering during a function to commemorate the 141st birthday of legendary poet Dhani Ram Chatrik here at village Lopoke, the Minister said that this function was a part of the program chalked out by the state government to preserve the centuries old cultural legacy.
