SICA Gold Gala 2025: Chennais Amirta’s Culinary Champions honoured with Rs 15.4 lakh cash awards

Chennai, Oct 15 (UNI) Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management today hosted the SICA Gold Gala 2025,
celebrating a remarkable victory of 26 Gold Medals at the prestigious South India Culinary Association Competition (SICA 2025).
Talented students from Chennai, Bangalore, Vijayawada, and Hyderabad campuses showcased world-class skills in Butter Carving, Pastry Art, Mocktail Making, and Food Production, standing out among 3200 participants from India and abroad.
