Hyderabad, Apr 25 (UNI) A Sub-Inspector of Balmoor Police station in Nagarkurnool district, Mathari Vikram was caught red handed on Thursday evening, while accepting the bribe of Rs 20,000 through police constable P Srinivas Reddy from the complainant for doing an official favor to release two tractors which were seized earlier.

The accused officer performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage. The tainted amount was recovered from the possession of Sub-Inspector of Police, ACB said in a statement here.
