Mumbai, Dec 19 (UNI) A short film based on a philandering husband and his strong, assertive wife, debuted at the JIO MAMI Mumbai film festival, here on Tuesday.

Mansi Jain's short film 'Churri' was presented by the Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films.

Featuring Tisca Chopra, Anurag Kashyap and Surveen Chawla in lead roles, the flick showcases the story of a woman, whose husband indulges in extra-marital affair with a young girl and how she confronts him and his mistress.

Talking about the movie, director Mansi Nirmal Jain said, "I am indeed delighted to present Churri at such a large platform.'
