New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) A shoot-out took place in Delhi's Dwarka Mor area wherein an assailant was killed and one fatally injured in the cross fire.
As per police, the incident took place around 1600 hours when assailants opened fire at a car near Dwarka Mor metro station.
However, a nearby PCR staff challenged one assailant who fired at him in which the police retaliated and fired three rounds.
One of the assailants succumbed to the bullet wound while the other got seriously injured.
A case has been registered in this matter and the probe was underway.
Senior police officers had reached the spot including Joint Commisioner Madhup Tiwari and DCP Dwarka Anto Alphonse.

Delhi Police personnel are yet to reveal the identities of the deceased or state which gang they are a part of. A case has been registered in this regard and an investigation into this matter is underway. More details are awaited.
