Shivpal takes to Bollywood poetry to take on oppn

Etawah, Oct 20 (UNI) Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PSP) president Shivpal Yadav sang two lines of famous Bollywood song “Tum agar mujhko na chaho to koi baat nahi, tum kisi aur ko chahoge tomushkil hogi” to comment on Opposition leaders.

Addressing the gathering here on Sunday after inauguration of Akhil Bharatiya Kavi Sammelan (All India Poet’s conference) Mr Yadav said few leaders worked hard to confirm his defeat in previous assembly elections. He said conspirators left no stone unturned to make him weak in elections.

Amidst poets, he sang two lines of a song to comment on others. He said public has extended overwhelming support to make him a strong political leader in adverse situation. He said “I became an MLA for five times due to support of people and got opportunity of serving the society”.

He said progress and development can be achieved only by following ethics. He said politicians get blessings of public for doing public good and when they divert from their aim they are voted out of power.
