Mumbai, Feb 18 (UNI) Taking a jibe at its ally BJP, the Shiv Sena on Monday said that no political "wave" had ever solved the Kashmir issue or stopped the killing of soldiers and categorically stated that it was time to "attack" Pakistan to seek revenge for the killing of CRPF troops.
It may be recalled that at least 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were killed and five injured in one of the deadliest terror attacks in Kashmir on February 14 when a Jaish-e- Mohammed (JeM) suicide bomber rammed a vehicle carrying over 100 kg of explosives into their bus in Pulwama district.
An editorial in the party's mouthpiece "Saamana" said that the prime minister’s assurance of taking the perpetrators of the Pulwama terror strike to task should reflect in his actions.
