SHFL register 56 pc rise in net profit

Chennai, May 17 (UNI) Sundaram Finance Holdings Ltd (SFHL), the

holding company for the non-Financial Services investments of the

Sundaram Finance Group, on Friday announced that it has registered

a 56 per cent rise in its Net Profit for the year ended March 31, 2019

at Rs 85 crores as compared to Rs 54 crores registered the previous

year.

Revenues for the year ended went up by 60 per cent to Rs 121 crore

as compared to Rs 76 crores the previous year.

The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs.1.75 per share (previous

Year Rs. 1.5 per share) on a face value of Rs five per share.

The company registered a net profit of Rs 32 crores for Q4 ending

March 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 15 crores registered in the

corresponding quarter last year.

The Revenues for the quarter went up by 86 per cent to Rs 42 crore

as compared to Rs 23 crores last year.
