Sheikh Hasina pays homage to Sheikh Mujibur on his 45th death anniversary

Dhaka, Aug 15 (UNI) Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman marking the National Mourning Day and the 45th anniversary of his martyrdom.
As part of the state programme, the Prime Minister paid homage to the architect of Bangladesh's independence by placing wreaths at the portrait of Bangabandhu in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi Road No 32 in the capital early this morning.
The day is also being observed as the National Mourning Day.
