New Delhi, Sep 14 (UNI) The BJP has set up an exhibition based on the life and works of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the party headquarters.
It was inaugurated by party president and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
The exhibition portrays various facets of Prime Minister's life and also highlights various developmental schemes undertaken by the government across the country.
Born in 1950, Prime Minister's 69th birthday will fall on September 17, Tuesday.
The ruling party has launched 'Seva Saptah' (service week) to celebrate Prime Minister's birthday.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP leaders, including party working president J P Nadda, on Saturday mopped the floors at AIIMS launching the service week.
Mr Shah visited the AIIMS, met patients and enquired about their health. He distributed fruits to them and wished them a speedy recovery.
'Our Prime Minister has dedicated his entire life to the service of the nation and the poor, so it is the right time to celebrate the week of his birthday as 'Seva Saptah (service week)’. BJP workers across the country will launch it,' Mr Shah said.
